Client beta 1.3x

The next beta testing of a new client should begin near the end of April.

• Improvement to a 'service' setting for WinXP/2K/2K3 and scheduled task setting for Win9x/ME are in the pipeline.
• Fast and Slow job delegation to appropriatly power computers
• Notification Icon improvements (i.e. fixed the annoying system tray icon dissapearing)
• Better connection options (scheduling times, proxy ?)
• Scientific/algorithmic enhancements

Of course this could change and it's likely to slip into early May
