1.30b beta early next week

Find-a-Drug client 1.30b should be out Monday (13/6) or Tuesday (14/6) if all goes well.

Fixes to include

• Upgrading from 1.25g causing failed jobs
• Allowing network clients to run without changing the default network access permissions
